POY
The Most Common Type Of Polyester Fibre Is Partially Oriented Polyester Fibre, Which Is Also Known As POY. It’s Also Known As Polyester pre-oriented Yarn And They Are Manufacture From PET Chips, Or Made Directly Out Of PTA.

FDY
Spin Draw Yarn (SDY) Is Another Name For Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY).
The process for making Recycled FDY are as follows Used bottles→washing –> delabelling –> sorting –>flaking –> drying →repolymerization process→ Recycle Pellet→Spinning→ Yarn

DTY
Texturized Yarn, Abbreviated As DTY, Represents A Fully Drawn And Oriented Polyester Multifilament Yarn.
Recycled Polyester DTY yarns are mainly used in the manufacture and knitting of fabrics such as clothing, furnishings, seat covers, bags or many other applications.

Spun Yarn
One of the starting process towards Sustainability and Eco Friendly product. All the waste and down grades generating during Polymerization and Spinning process were used to produce Chips and then PSF. Later on PET bottles, etc become primary source for making Recycled PSF and Recycled Spun Yarns.

T2T Yarn
Textile 2 Textile Yarns are the latest in thing towards achieving sustainability and eco friendly. Old used textiles, garments, fabrics, etc are reconverted to fibres and then again into fabrics.

Antibacterial
Nano antibacterial materials are added to the spinning process, reducing bacteria which come into contact with your body and having a lasting antibacterial effect.

Biodegradable
In addition, acidic substances and enzymes are secreted to degrade the fibre by adding a gnawing agent during the spinning process, which causes bacteria to attach to the fibre surface.

Thermal Feeling
