Carded
The cotton yarn shall be a carded cotton that has been prepared for spinning into yarns or fabrics. Carding is an indispensable step for the preparation of many materials, ensuring that waste is removed and fibres are adapted to allow them to be processed in a less demanding way.

Combed
Combed cotton yarn is a very complex adaptation in which the fibres are specially treated before they are spun. Normally, the price of Combed Cotton is slightly higher than that of conventional cotton. It is an incredibly delicate and solid material, which makes bed sheets and clothes that will be worn against the skin.

Combed Compact
Carded Compact Cotton Yarn has been offered to a significant number of customers. They are available in a variety of colours, sizes, textures and colors, and can be changed according to the preferences of our most important customers.

BCI
In order to reduce the environmental footprint of cotton farming, BCI is a concept for growing cotton without excessive use of water, chemical fertilisers and pesticides. Ultrafitted and comfortable silhouettes are guaranteed by the high amount of stretch.

Organic
Sustainable cotton grown without synthetic pesticides, artificial fertilisers and other harmful chemicals is organic cotton. There is no provision in the law that genetically modified seed may be used to produce organic cotton, and strict regulations specify what crops must be grown for certified organic.

Open End
One of the most advanced procedures in spinning and winding is Openend Rotor. In this case, in one procedure, rolling and winding are carefully combined. This method isolates bending and twisting in yarn manufacturing, defeating all of the Ring Spinning problems. It’s built up in the ring’s casing.

GOTS
Gots stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. The processing requirements are set out in the Guidelines for GOTS, as well as a 70% requirement and limits on blends of fibres which can be mixed.
