Raw Materials
PTA
PTA is a significant organic raw material that is used globally in the chemical fibre industry, the light industry, the electronics industry, the construction industry, and other fields. PET production is the primary use of over 90 percent of the world’s PTA. About 75% of PTA produced is used to make polyester fibre in the textile industry, 20% to make bottle-grade polyester predominantly used in packing and beverages, and 5% to make film-grade polyester, with the associated products used as packaging material, films and magnetic tapes.

Semi Dull
The pet is produced by the polymerization of Monoethylene glycol with pure terephthalic acid. Terephthalate Polyethylene Pet has a large range of uses. In Semi Dull (SD Chips), the yarn grade or textile grade chips are obtainable.
Super Bright
PET Chips, including Film Grade PET Chips, Super Bright PET Chips, are produced in a pelletizing device from a high molecular polymer made of PTA and MEG, after processing and esterification.
Cationic
Cationic Chips have suitable salt content wity varying content and mostlly helps in increased dyeing affinity
Film Grade
The Film Polyester chips are frequently found in Super Bright and Additive (Silica) varieties. The film is made to a very thin specification and even the smallest mistake in the raw materials can harm the filmquality, film-grade PET chips have excellent clarity.

Silica
The special kind of Polyester Chips that incorporates the Silicon particles into a polymer matrix is called Silica Based Polyester Chips. During the manufacture process, these Chips are blended with Silicon nanoparticles and polyester resins. The addition of Silica increases the functional and physical properties of polyester chips.
Nylon Chips
Nylon Chips is the main raw materials for making fiber nylon chips and engineering plastic-grade nylon chips. Nylon chips, such as fiber-grade and engineering plastic-grade nylon chips, are downstream products of CPL. Vertical integration allows CPDC to produce nylon chips from CPL.

PP Chips
Polypropylene, also referred to as PP or polypropylene chips, is a thermoforming polymer which has various applications including the production of plastic parts, different types of relocatable containers such as flasks and clothing for military, laboratory equipment, loud speakers, automotive components and polymers banknotes.
HDPE Chips
High-density Polyethylene is a thermoplastic polyethylene that is derived from petroleum. HDPE is a common material that is recycled and transformed into plastic or composite timber. Creating packages for detergents, bleaches, shampoos, conditioners, milk, motor oil, and soap is frequently done with Type 2 plastic HDPE
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride PVC is a thermoplastic material, which is polymerised with vinyl chloride. The plasticizer applied determines the quality. Flexible shapes exist for hose pipes, insulations, shoes and clothing. Rigid PVC is applied to products made of molded material.
PET
The foundation of all plastics and polymers is PET chips, also referred to as polyester chips or polyethylene terephthalate chips. From the best manufacturers and suppliers in China, India, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia and India, we can supply you with the best quality Polyester chips.
Bottle Grade
The Mineral Water Bottle grade and CSD grade (soda grade), distilled water, drinking water, flavoring and candy containers, and PET sheet material all use the bottle grade chips. Low processing temperatures, a broad processing range, excellent transparency, and a high rate of finished product are characteristics of bottle-grade PET Chips.
