RECYCLED CHIPS
It’s an abbreviation for recycled polyethylene terephthalate, which is derived from post consumer bottles. Recycled polyester chip can make into yarn, which can be finally used for weaving, tricot, and knitting, etc.
Textile Grade
Raw Material – PTA + MEG, goes into manufacturing of Polyester Chips which are used for Spinning process into Polyester Filament Yarns such as POY, FDY and Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF).
Various lustres and functionally such as Semi Dull, Super Bright, Cationic, Full Dull, etc. Used for various application in fabrics and garments. Now, increasingly Polyester is getting used in variety of Technical Textile Applications.

Film Grade
Film Grade Chips are basic Raw Material for BOPET Films (Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate). BOPET films have very varied applications and now used in almost all applications including Packaging, Insulation, etc. Due to its superior high tensile strength, chemical and dimensional stability, transparency, etc.

Biodegradable
In addition, acidic substances and enzymes are secreted to degrade the fibre by adding a gnawing agent during the spinning process, which causes bacteria to attach to the fibre surface.

Flame Retardent
Flame retardant polyester fiber is significantly less flammable compared to ordinary Polyester fibre, and the rate of burning slows down considerably during combustion. After leaving the source of the fire, it can be quickly extinguished

Cationic Dyed
Recycled cationic dye polyester, which is added modified materials to improve the intrinsic molecular structure of Polyester fibers, increases fiber micropores and decreases moisture absorption and dyeing properties.

High Shrinkage
Modification of polyesters that have been treated with heat. The shrinkages of ordinary polyester after heat are typically between 10 % and 20 %, while a high crimped polyester may decrease to up to 50 % or even 70%.
