POLYESTER FILAMENT YARNS
Polyester in various structures is utilized broadly as a part of textile application to make polyester (PET) resin and Filament Yarn, for example POY, DTY, FDY. As a part of making pressed products like Polyester film, tapes, ties and some other day by day applications, polyethylene fibres are also used. Polyester Filament Yarns are used for the manufacture of polyester fabrics in conjunction with weaving and sewing.

POY (Partially Oriented Yarn)
The most common type of polyester fibre is partially oriented polyester fibre, which is also known as POY. It’s also known as Polyester Preoriented Yarn and can be spun from PET chips, or made directly out of PTA. In the texturizing process, Textured DTY Yarn is primarily produced using POY. POY is useful for draw warping when weaving and knitting fabric on a warp. POY can also be applied to ATY, ACY, etc. Can be available in Dyed, Colour Dyed, Micro, Cationic, Multi-ply.

FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn)
FDY is made up of three different types of luster: Semidull SD, Bright BR, and Trilobal Bright TBR, which have a triangular crosssection. For the production of curtains, bedsheets and carpets filament yarns with a trilobal silvery shine are usually used. FDY yarn can be knitted or woven with other filament yarns for the creation of a range of fabrics. Can be available in Dyed, Colour Dyed, Micro, Cationic, Multi-ply.

DTY (Textured Yarn)
Texturized Yarn, abbreviated as DTY, represents a fully drawn and oriented polyester multifilament yarn. It possesses a gentle crimp, substantial volume, a texture akin to cotton, and exceptional durability, along with remarkable retention properties. It is made by texturizing yarn that has been partially oriented using texturizing equipment. Can be available in Dyed, Colour Dyed, Micro, Cationic, Multi-ply.
